You're invited to join me for a NOURISHING WINTER'S EVENING CACAO CEREMONY at The Buddha Bar in Glebe.
We meet as the spirit of winter settles into nature and into our mind, body and spirit. As we come together, we connect to what is sacred and meaningful during the winter months and we listen to the messages within.
Cacao is our guide and medicine in this sacred ceremony. We will be sipping a meditational, relaxing cacao that isn't energising. With open hearts we will journey inward in a guided meditation to meet with the spirit of winter and our allies during this time.
