What you need to know before you go!

We are very excited to see you at Winter Park Brew Fest, Saturday, August 3rd! This event is produced by the Winter Park & Fraser Chamber & the Grand Foundation, benefiting the Grand Foundation's G.A.P. Fund For Youth. We would like to remind you of the event's policies and protocols and new rules.

Opening Time
We are opening the gates at 12pm, an hour before the tasting starts, in order to get everyone in the event before the tasting at 1pm in an effort to give a better guest experience. There will be lawn games and live music starting at noon!

FOOD
Ticket holders have the option to purchase food sold by various vendors. Ticket holders can bring in their snackable favorites to enjoy with their brews.
VIP ticket holders receive a lunch with the purchase of their ticket.

ID CHECK
Ticket holders can have their ID checked inside the venue at an ID tent. This is where General Admission and VIP ticket holders will receive their tasting glass/cup.

BAR
There will be a bar selling canned beers, wine, and cocktails. There will also be a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.

BOX OFFICE
At the corner of US 40 and Rendezvous Way, the Box Office will be open at 9 am for those who selected Will Call ticket pick-up and to answer any ticket-related questions. We will be selling tickets at the box office as well!

ITEMS PERMITTED

Takeout from local restaurants
Snackable foods (sliced fruit/vegetables/small snacks)

ITEMS NOT PERMITTED

No alcoholic beverages
No glass bottles or filled hydration backpacks
No frisbees, confetti, bullhorns, noisemakers,
No laser pointers or drones
No pets
No weapons, drugs, smoking/vaping
No large umbrellas

Any items NOT permitted inside the venue may be confiscated and the attendee subject to eviction. Winter Park reserves the right to change, alter or add any event rules at any time. Rendezvous Event Center is a smoke-free, vape-free, pet free-venue.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Winter Park's free local shuttle, The Lift, runs from 7 am – 2:30 am daily. Try The Lift app for route information, arrival times, and more. Be responsible.
