Anywhere Sauna Sessions - Winter Reset at CERES

Join us on Saturday, August 2nd for a relaxed morning of sauna, cold plunges, and connection at CERES Environment Park in Brunswick.

This is your chance to experience our portable wood-fired sauna in person. Whether you're a regular or it's your first time, you're welcome. Come as you are.

We’ll be running two small sessions:
🕘 9:00am - 10:15am
🕥 10:30am - 11:45am

Each session includes:

• A wood-fired sauna session (shared space, rotating rounds)

• Access to cold plunges if you're keen

• Time to connect or just take a breather

• Tea and chats to wrap things up

All profits from this event go to our partner charity Backpack Bed for Homeless, who provide emergency bedding to people sleeping rough.
