This journey is an invitation to take a sacred pause, to step out of the daily doings and create space within.

Come and get cosy, with blankets & candlelight as we welcome the Spirit of Mama Cacao to guide us into our hearts, softening tension and opening to new beginnings.

During this time together you'll be guided through:

Cacao opening invocations & connection with the medicine of Cacao, your intention and your body,
Short intuitive movement and/or mantra practice.
A gentle heart opening breathwork journey that is designed to calm your nervous system, quieten your thinking mind and create space in your body to receive intuitive guidance & insights,
A guided journey to let go and receive guidance on your path ahead,

This is a space for you to come as you are, receive what you need, release what you don't and fill your cup, so that you can return to your daily life more grounded, centered and connected to yourself.

This is an internal journey, where most of the time will be spent with your eyes closed, having your own personal experience. There will be optional sharing at the end.

No previous experience necessary to join.
