About the Event:

Embrace the cosy, inward energy of winter through this journey to cultivate inner warmth and ease within your whole system. This Winter Cacao & Breathwork Journey is an invitation to slow down, tune inwards and gift yourself the love and nourishment that you so readily give outwards.

Allow the medicine of Cacao to support you to drop out of the thinking mind and soften your heart and the power of your breath to calm your nervous system, allowing for access to healing, intuition, insights & fresh perspective to arise from within.

What to Expect:

Cacao Ceremony: Gather in sacred circle to honor & receive this revered plant medicine. Sip on the heart-opening elixir of pure, ceremonial-grade cacao, allowing its gentle yet profound effects to guide you into a state of deep connection and presence.
Intuitive Movement: Listen to what your body is asking for through gentle intuitive movement to create ease & relaxation.
Breathwork Session: Explore the power of conscious breathing as we embark on a transformative breathwork journey. You'll engage in rhythmic breathing techniques to release tension, expand awareness, and unlock inner wisdom. Allow the rhythmic flow of your breath to dissolve barriers and invite profound healing and insight.
Guided Meditation: Let go into a guided meditation journey to open to the insights and visions that will support your path forward. Cultivate a sense of inner peace, clarity, and renewal, awakening to the beauty of the present moment.
