• Breathwork Session: Explore the power of conscious breathing as we embark on a transformative breathwork journey. You'll engage in rhythmic breathing techniques to release tension, expand awareness, and unlock inner wisdom. • Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and relaxation.
