Event description

A deep dive into your sacral waters is where we will journey, embracing the cool crisp waters to awaken our senses and inspire us to seek comfort within. 
A celebration of Winter, the long nights ahead, we indulge in an extended moment on the mat, guided by Gabrielle with an immersive soundscape to sail you through the waves of shapes and sensation. 

You are invited to rug up, get cozy and gather with community for a nourishing night on the mat <3 

Bring your bestie, a cozy pair of socks and your favourite mug for tea on arrival :)
