The Winter Solstice, for Australia, occurs when the South Pole reaches its maximum tilt away from the sun, thus creating the longest night. From here on in, the light returns and the nights gradually get shorter till we reach the Summer Solstice in December.

Nature provides such a beautiful process for us: - to go within at the point of the longest night. As we focus on our inner light we can nurture this and breathe it into greater strength and illumination.

Join with four experienced practitioners - each offering unique gifts. We will journey together over two and a half hours through meditation, movement, sound healing and creative expression to breathe into being this great inner light.

What you will experience:

Be guided in a grounding and clearing meditation with Fiona and Vicki.

Vicki will then share wisdom relevant to the group, the individual and the energy of what's happening in our greater collective at this time. Vicki's wisdom is shared with deep reverence for the unique and extraordinary nature of all of us.

Carmella will guide us through embodied movement, breath and sound release. Coming together with our beautiful voices in a soothing group toning experience.

Fiona and Carmella will guide you through a soulful sound bath with vocal transmissions, supporting you to connect with your inner guidance, your inner wisdom and to uplift your frequency, using a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, bells and keyboard.

Allow the music and healing sounds of the crystal bowls to move through you and activate you, as you create your own personalized mandala to take home. Joanna will support us to tap into our inner creative and bring light into the shadows.

This event will be an intuitive weaving, a beautiful collaboration, a co-creation between four women who have each journeyed along the spiritual path, discovering deeply their gifts to share.

This Winter Solstice let go, journey inwards and surrender to the luminous lovelight within.

About your four hosts:

Vicki O'Leary

Vicki is a healer and a channel. She has worked with children for many years and shares her time between supporting others in their deeper awakening and bringing through layers of thought previously untapped. She has a strong connection to her guiding spirit and uses this clear navigation to create space for others to access their inner knowing. It is with great love that Vicki joins to share her gifts as part of this Solstice co-creation.

Carmella Baynie

Carmella is a Grammy nominated singer, published songwriter, singing teacher, voice coach, choir conductor, meditation and yoga teacher. She has 30 years experience in professional performance, from the dramatic arts, to pop music, western and eastern classical singing, from world music to children’s music and music for healing, and 35 years experience as a Yoga instructor. She has her own business in Berowra - Berowra Yoga - and Voice Connections for Life.

Joanna Healey

Joanna is an experienced Art Therapist, spiritual artist and medium who guides people to connect with their creative self through their own Spirit. She helps them stay within their own divine light to receive powerful messages. Joanna creates artworks encoded with messages of love and support after connecting deeply with her Higher Self.

Fiona Ellis

Fiona is a meditation facilitator and sound channel. She has been facilitating Meditation and Sound Healing sessions in her local community, and beyond, for five years. She is pulsed, using sound transmissions and Angelic singing, to support others to tune into their inner knowing and step into their Mastery, as they recognize their Divine potential.
