Life isn't always linear and straight forward, it is cyclical, just like the seasons in weather, it brings a new set of challenges and rewards.

In this Winter Solstice Ancestral Trauma Clearing Circle, the focus is going inward, retreating in hermit mode, finding ourselves through introspection and reflection through hibernation and stillness.

For example, womben go through their winter in the bleed of their cycle where their energy drops downward to detox their womb from emotions they have been carrying for the month, lowering their energy and capacity to engage with others as their bodies need rest and replenishment.

This is a crucial time to take a pause from life where so many struggle to find the beauty and potency in it. It may feel like a death phrase as this point of stillness and need for space and silence is for the caterpillar to transition into its next phrase of life as a butterfly. That transition period or turning point will support you to find the answers from within before we step out into the world again to make some serious life changes and new beginnings.

#1: Will this work for me?

Yes, if you allow yourself to be open and receptive to the experience. The resistance comes from being in the mind and the need to control the experience or outcome. If you're someone who's too heady, spend at least 20 minutes in nature with your feet on the ground and move your body to be in the here and now. You will notice you will be far more open to receiving this activation. You may feel tingles, sensations, goosebumps, movement in energy, see images or symbols or you may not feel anything at all.
