Winter Solstice- Art Connection Movement day
Event description
On the longest night of the year, we descend into our watery depths to be guided by our inner wisdom. In this full “yin”time we can harness the stillness that nature provides. The best time of the year to get creative and find expression through art, and huddle around a fire in connection. Together we will explore the Chinese Water element of winter and what we want to invite into the coming light and longer days.
Centred around the fire at the Ninderry healing centre, there will be movement practices focused on the Chinese Water element to get the blood moving, and a guided zenthai flow to give and receive in the morning. A hearty warm lunch will be provided and in the afternoon we will all create an art piece in flow with the wisdom of the water~ All art materials provided.
