Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year — a sacred turning point. A time of deep rest, reflection, and inward stillness. It is not just about darkness... it’s about the light that begins to return.

This is one of my favourite moments of the year. A time to plant seeds in the soil of your soul. To nurture them with warmth, breath, and reverence — not for immediate bloom, but for future becoming. 🌱 In this session, we’ll breathe to reconnect with your inner glow — the steady light that lives within you, even in the shadows. A space for inner curiosity, compassion, and restorative warmth.
