This Winter Solstice group breathwork and fire ceremony will support you to access a deeper understanding of Self and your experience of life, through the use of conscious-connected breathing (breathwork).

This breathwork gathering is to acknowledge and honour the Winter Solstice (Yule), the longest night of the year and the end/beginning of the seasonal passage. Participants will breathe with the element of fire, under the night sky and next to the Murrumbidgee River at the beautiful Uriarra Crossing, Namadgi National Park (Ngunnawal/Ngambri Country).10% of all proceeds will go to Landcare ACT.

The breathing technique used during the session is called conscious-connected breathing (breathwork). This breathing technique supports you to transition from the logical/rational mind to an altered state of consciousness (flow state). In this flow state, (known as transient hypofrontality) you can access new information or clarity about life, release held or "hidden" physical or emotional material, bring your heart, body and mind into alignment, and have transpersonal experiences. Ultimately, breathwork brings forth soul-consciousness - an experience and understanding that exists beyond the thinking mind and identification with self.

This group breathwork session is held for anyone called to this practice, no experience is necessary. Group size is limited so best to book early to avoid missing out.

***This is an outdoor breathwork session - so please come prepared for cold weather. Alternative location will be sought should there be wet weather.

Group Breathwork is a useful practice for:

working with unhelpful, held or stuck emotional material;
unlocking your life force and sense of vitality;
discharging stress, tension, anxiety, depression or stuck energy;
understanding and repatterning limiting behaviours or thought processes;
using group energy to go deeper into your own process;
addressing relational material & experiencing being supported in a group setting;
working with and releasing ancestral, family systems and transpersonal wounds;
exploring consciousness and life questions; and
improving general well-being.
