Explore the healing and therapeutic power of breathwork combined wonderfully with the Winter Solstice theme! A soothing & magical journey blending rhythmic breathwork, meditation, and connection to release limiting beliefs. Winter Solstice brings the longest night of the year, a perfect time to honour the cycles changing.
Leave feeling clear-headed and at peace, with a warm & fuzzy regulated nervous system and a deeper connection to yourself (perfect for the Christmas crazy times!)
You show up at 6.30pm to the beautiful waiting room space & then you will be guided through:
- healing breathwork practice - create inner peace & connect to the present moment
- powerful meditation - calm the monkey mind & find clarity
- journalling what we are releasing - letting go of stagnant energy
You will leave feeling peaceful, calm... and this will continue for days after the event!
I am on a mission to normalise holistic healing across as many places as possible!
Why?
This mental health tool allows us to alleviate anxiety/depression and heal our trauma... yet it seems to be reserved only in Eastern tradition or for performance athletes.
How?
I worked 5 years in the boutique fitness industry and witnessed the power of inspirational coaching, beautifully crafted music as a form of mood elevation alongside training the body to the beat of the music to improve our mental being.

What if I told you if you incorporated weekly breathwork you would begin to take your body from survival mode to rest & inner peace, making it easier to live from less triggers?
What if I told you, you could magnetise elements of the life of your dreams into your reality, if you spent time honouring cycles and releasing what no longer serves you?

I combined this wellness coach background, my breathwork & trauma informed qualifications, my love & skill of holding deep meditative space for others and 2 years experience of holding breathwork journeys across Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.
Why? Pt2
I used to be a raging workaholic, never feeling good enough and quite frankly, lost chasing a future happiness point I couldn't seem to ever grasp running on the hamster wheel of life.
I discovered breathwork & my whole life changed enough for me to leave my marketing career of 7 + fitness of 5 years to spread the magic across the world.
Yes, I healed my trauma. Yes, I finally felt good enough. Yes, I discovered that we can find peace inside of us even if the world seems horrific.
The real joy however now? Helping others do the same.
