Winter Solstice Cacao & Breathwork Journey

We are back to celebrate Winter Solstice this June.

Come and sit with us in nature (TBC), at dusk to sip cacao, journey with Breathwork and honour the Winter Solstice.

When the Winter Solstice arrives, we step into the longest night and darkest day of the year. We have entered the peak of darkness, and now we wait patiently for the wheel of the year to continue its journey back towards the light.
At this time we are once again offered a powerful moment to trust, to trust that the light will return, to allow ourselves to surrender into the darkness, and to remember that it is in the dark where everything is born.
It might feel like nothing is moving, but all the work in happening within, so allow yourself to surrender to the energy of winter.

Booking is essential, so we can make sure we have enough cacao.
