The days are getting darker, night is getting longer. The Earth is quieting down and turning inward, and so are we. Winter Solstice—the auspicious time of the longest night and shortest day—is a time to rest, reflect, and rejuvinate for the new year ahead.

You are invited to gather in circle for an intimate group ceremonial sound healing and guided meditation to honor the Winter Solstice. Through breathwork, guided visualization, song, sound healing instruments, and ceremonial sharing, we will reflect upon all that 2023 brought to us and set intentions and prayers for the new year and the returning of the light.

Please bring:

Blankets or pillows to make yourself comfy and cozy for the meditation
A holiday dessert or snack to share
An item for the community altar that represents your hopes and dreams for the new year
