Event description

Join me for a day of magickal connections as we gather together in ceremony to celebrate Winter Solstice here in the Southern Hemisphere.

Traditionally occurring on the 21st June, Winter Solstice, called Yule by some, marks the shortest day and longest night of the year and offers an opportunity to embrace not only the deep rest of the darkness, as Winter unfolds around us, but also to honour the promise of the returning solar energies bringing with them the hope as the slowly returning light and warmth leads the way to the rebirthing of new life, as the days lengthen once more.

Through ceremony, deep journeying, magickal crafting, movement and song we will honour the healing power of darkness and the light within us as well as the power of the the Sun God as he is born once more and the power of the goddess whose sacred womb has carried him safely through the dark months. This day is a deep honouring of the power of fire within and the power of the Sun to rejuvenate, regenerate and rekindle all life.

This full day's immersion is open to all who are longing to honour this sacred time of the year. If you wish to bring someone under 18 please get in touch first.
