The Winter Solstice on June 21st marks the onset of winter, the shortest day and the longest night of the year.

In this very cold wintertime, we would like to invite you receive some warmth for yourself, your body, heart and soul. Enjoy this special time of the year in a different way, embrace the wintertime by honouring yourself and where you are in your life, allowing yourself to unwind, relax, be present, nourish yourself, reflect and listen to your dreams and desires. Together we’ll welcome the cold and dark season of the year, an opportunity to slow down and turn inwards.

On Saturday 25th June we’ll come together in circle to look back, reflect, and let go of what is no longer serving you, we’ll guide you through the process to get clear on your intentions and goals though the power of manifestation and creative visualisation.

We are offering a heart, body and soul warming women only day retreat, filled with nourishment and yumminess just for you. Enjoy the calmness, kindness and warmth of the place and of us, the retreat facilitators.
