Grab this beautiful opportunity for a relaxing day retreat to welcome the Winter Solstice 2024. My name is Alisa Coleman and I am a meditation facilitator, Angel channel, Reiki practitioner, crystal energy worker and founder of Triangle Healing. I am beyond excited to bring you this solstice day retreat, it is such a special time of the year and I'd love to celebrate it with you.

Solstice traditions vary around the world and in this retreat we will enjoy and flow through several during the day. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to use this powerful moment in time, to awaken your inner being and discover hidden messages and guidance, just waiting to be uncovered. Rooted in ancient cultures and traditions, and honored across the world, the Winter Solstice acknowledges the sun reaching its lowest point in the sky - creating the shortest day and longest night. Symbolically the Winter Solstice represents the triumph of light over darkness with the gradual return of the sun breathing life back into the dormant landscapes. Bring on the spring! 

Set amongst farmland with stunning rural views, during this retreat you will learn via a workshop how to build spiritual awareness, connection and protection, share wholesome food and yarns, experience a guided solstice meditation, indulge in a delicious mulled wine and take time to relax in the spa pool. Building your connection to your inner self, rejuvenating your energy and bringing a sense of peace and upliftment to your whole body, all in a supportive, cozy and encouraging environment.

• Weather permitting - outdoor grounding and gentle body stretching
• Connections workshop includes my protection protocol techniques, how to strengthen your spiritual connection, reading oracle cards and safe pendulum use
• Fire ceremony and water blessing
