Winter encourages us to hibernate, to be cosy and warm and to rest deeply in our nest while restoring our entire being after the heightened activities of the past nine months. The Winter Solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the entire year making it a perfect time to tend to your inner fire, to shed the old and to cleanse your lens before the reemergence of Spring.

This day retreat is designed to support your journey through hibernation with warming and balancing embodiment practices, nourishing homemade wholesome food and healing self care activities that will leave you feeling deeply rested and restored on all levels.

* For all, you’ll be exploring stillness through Daoist Meditation and breath work with Tai Chi Forest.
* For yoga teachers you’ll have the option of diving into the art of giving sublime shavasana assists with Delamay.
