On Sunday 20th June we will be experiencing the Winter Solstice. Aligning with the energies of Mother Earth, Winter Solstice is the longest night and shortest day.

It invites us to delve deep into our shadow self, release all that no longer serves us and awaken to our light, the true essence of who you really are.

This journey will awaken you to your Higher Self, plant seeds for the upcoming seasons, reignite your fire and inspire you to follow your path and purpose.

I love holding a safe sacred container for you to delve deep, uncover what is hidden, heal and transcend trauma and the ego and awaken you to your truth self. From this space, you are truly free to create and live your purpose.
