As the Winter Solstice approaches, it’s time to rest, nurture and embody this new earthly cycle. The Winter Solstice is the shortest day and the longest night and marks the beginning of a new solar year.

You will be taken on a journey diving deep into the Winter Solstice energy & your heart, through the powerful modalities of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Sacred Cacao Ceremony & a Nourishing Sound Bath.
