Join us to begin this exploration as we celebrate Winter Solstice/Yule in some Traditions.

Sunday June 20 Theme: Exploring the Darkness and the Light-An Inner Journey

1.00-8.00 pm including the meal. Snacks in afternoon provided and all cuppas!

What's offered to you:

4 wonderful women facilitators offering 60-90 minute sessions-1 at a time. **See below**
All sessions are either indoors or outdoors-please dress very warmly including hat and gloves and wear gumboots-byo blanket, folding camp chair & small thermos.
Snacks,cuppas and dinner provided: Vegan Soup, Bread, Apple Crumble. Sorry we can not cater for individual dietary needs.

Kerry Emerson-Magical Sound Bath-

Kerry with her symphonic gong, shamanic drum, crystal bowls and chimes will take us on an inward journey to new dimensions beyond time and space. The blend of instruments brings Lightness and depth as you travel inward.
Kerry has studied the science and art of sound and vibrational healing with The British Sound Healing Academy, a Sufi mystic in the spiritual heart of Bali, a Shaman from the Lakota Nation and a renowned Kundalini Yoga gong Master. She brings her own style to these traditions to create unique sound journeys which facilitate expanded consciousness and deeper connection to Self.

Feeling the Element of "Water" which represents "Winter Solstice" and is connected to our feelings and emotions=> Exploring this sacred time of the year as the portal of gestation for the seeds of our Visions & Dreams
During the "Visions for the New Earth" circle session, we will:
=>Reflect and share how we can co-create our dreams in alignment with the energies of Winter=> Offer our individual and collective prayers into the waters of the land=> Sing and dance as a way to feel our unique voices and our sacred bodies

Jodie-Anne Smith-Family Constellations.
Through guided visualization and family constellations you will explore what is hidden within you. Identify your darkness and that which holds you back from embracing the light. Explore your relationship to the dark and the light, to what is hibernating within you and what is ready to sprout forth. We will plant the seeds for the new to blossom when the time is right. Trust what you need most will be revealed enabling you to move forward with more vibrancy after winter’s rest and renewal.

Standing beneath the trees, listening to the wind, feeling the Elements, you begin to relax into the nurturing by Nature. As you walk the circuits of the Labyrinth and wind your way into the Centre, walking with a question as your Mantra you may allow the Stillness to hold you as you listen within for your own answers...resting in the Centre-the Pause before retracing your steps as you move to the outer again..Solemn, peaceful, insightful...

This event is a mixed group-male/female. Over the age of 18 please. Only 16 spaces available. Not appropriate for children.

Please arrive from 12-30-12.45.Park and come into the Wellbeing Centre. Keep right as you enter our property.
