Winter Journey with Bee and Owl - 5Rhythms dance, meditation, art
Event description
IN PERSON
Winter Journey with Bee and Owl - dance - meditate - create (NEW DATE, SAME WORKSHOP)
With the spirit of winter’s death and greater alliance to the Mystery, we open to earth’s medicine, our sacred ancestors – Bee and Owl.
The dark womb of the hive, quietens and carries us through the doorway of the Unknown to the whisperings of the silent winged Seer of the night – Owl.
Receiving the blessings of these ancient ones as we journey into deeper listening and wider vision, carving out our quality of receptivity and bringing a dimension of presence from our heart space.
Come join Sue Andersen & Jo Rockendorfer to journey into the sacred depths of Winter Dreaming to
Dance... Journey... Create...

A little about Jo Rockendorfer:
Jo's career as a Teacher, Facilitator, Transpersonal Counsellor and Art Therapist has led her to be able to work with her passions. These include guiding individuals and groups to move through life's transitions and inspiring people to tell their story. Jo is also passionate about empowering people to live to their fullest potential and see the best in themselves.
A little about Sue Andersen:
Sue has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training early in 2016. She is excited to share the 5rhythms Wave map, supporting people to return again and again to their bodies, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance.
Jo and I look forward to dancing, journeying and creating with you.
Artist Janie Olsen
Your ancestors knew that nature is beautiful and terrifying, that rainbows are courted by storms, that day shares the sky with night, that decay caresses beauty’s cheek. That rubble in your life? That trouble? It is invitation. It is initiation. Your deepest self is calling you down down underground so that you can grow up rooted, like trees, your heart green even amongst the ashes.
