Join Celine Redfield of Two Wings Balanced Healing and Inner Growth Therapy for a transformative evening as we step into the stillness of the season with a deeply restorative New Moon, Yule & Winter Solstice Sound Journey.

As the year draws to a close, we find ourselves in the cosmic embrace of both the Winter Solstice season—the darkest, most reflective time of the year—and a powerful New Moon cycle. In many traditions, Yule marks a pause, a sacred moment to honor the darkness before celebrating the return of the light. Combined with the fertile, clean-slate energy of the New Moon, this evening offers the ultimate cosmic reset.

This evening is a sacred invitation to slow down, release 2026's energetic weight, and plant the seeds of your intentions for the year ahead.

Using the primal, resonant frequencies of the gongs alongside a rich tapestry of therapeutic sound instruments and gentle embodiment practices, you will be guided into a deep state of meditation and physical relaxation. Sonic waves will wash over you, clearing energetic blockages, calming the nervous system, and opening space for inner visioning and profound peace.

The Astrological Blueprint

This event is anchored by a rare, generational planetary alignment: Uranus (in Gemini) trine Pluto (in Aquarius). In astrology, a trine between these two outer powerhouses acts like a massive wave of cosmic electricity, specifically engineered for radical breakthroughs, innovative thinking, and deep structural shifts. Supported by an optimistic Sagittarius Sun and a heart-opening Venus-Jupiter sextile, the universe is providing the ultimate supportive landscape to dismantle old, rigid limitations and replace them with fresh, liberated vision.

Who is this for:

Absolutely everyone is welcome. You do not need any prior experience with meditation, chanting, astrology, or sound healing to participate. This space is beautifully suited for you if:

You feel burnt out or overstimulated from the holiday weekend and need a dedicated space to unplug, rest, and refill your cup.
You are navigating a season of personal transition and want to let go of toxic routines, self-doubt, or old emotional armor.
You struggle to quiet your mind through traditional, silent meditation and want an effortless way to relax.
You are curious about the healing power of sound, community connection, and the medicine of your own voice.

✨ What This Journey Will Help With

Sound therapy operates on a cellular level, using sympathetic resonance to shift your brainwaves into deep, healing states. By participating in this journey, you can experience:
- Deep Nervous System Reset: Shifts the body out of "fight or flight" and into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state, dramatically reducing stress and anxiety.
- Emotional Release: Somatic movement and resonant sound frequencies help unlock and gently process stagnant emotions stored in the physical body.
- Improved Sleep & Mental Clarity: Calms the overactive "monkey mind," paving the way for better sleep patterns and a refreshed mental landscape.
- Heightened Intuition: Brainwaves naturally slow down to Theta and Delta states, opening a clear channel to your inner wisdom and creative visioning.
- Cellular Harmonization: The physical vibrations of the gongs and singing bowls stimulate blood flow and help alleviate physical tension and blockages.

This sacred space is welcoming, inclusive, and tailored for anyone looking to align with the rhythms of nature. This event is perfect for you if:

You feel spiritually exhausted or burnt out from the demands of 2026 and need a safe container to completely unplug and rest.
You are experiencing creative blocks or stagnation and want to leverage the upcoming astrological direct stations to find clarity.
You love astrology, moon magic, and seasonal earth traditions like Yule, and want a community with whom to honor them.
You struggle with traditional sitting meditation and find that sound immersion is a much easier pathway to quiet the mind.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether this is your first sound bath or your hundredth, you are exactly where you need to be.

(Note: Sound baths are generally safe for everyone, but if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, or experience sound-induced epilepsy, please consult your doctor before attending).

The Cosmic Portal: Our Astrological Alignment

We are gathering within an extraordinarily potent, high-signal astrological gateway. The week surrounding our sound journey features an unusual concentration of celestial bodies shifting directions, making this sound bath the perfect "eye of the storm" to anchor your energy.

The 3 Days Before (Dec 8–10) | Clearing & Reclaiming Form:
The week opens with the New Moon in Sagittarius (♐) on December 8th, sparking an expansive desire for truth, hope, and fresh vision. Following this wave, Saturn stations Direct in Aries (♈) on December 10th. As the planet of structure and karma ends its retrograde, long-standing blocks, heavy weights, and feelings of stagnation from the past few months finally begin to lift.
The Night of Our Event (Dec 11) | The Pivot Point:
We meet in the fertile, quiet space right after these blocks break open. This golden window washes away old karmic debris and helps you step fully into your personal power.
The 3 Days After (Dec 12–14) | Spiritual Rebirth & Inner Growth:
The cosmic evolution continues immediately after we leave the sound space. On December 12th, Neptune stations Direct in Aries (♈), dissolving spiritual fog and making your intuition razor-sharp. Simultaneously, Jupiter stations Retrograde in Leo (♌), shifting our expansion inward. This powerful combination asks us to look deep within, integrate our hard-won wisdom, and anchor true joy from the inside out.

What to Expect:

Somatic Movement: We begin by stepping out of the analytical mind and into the body's wisdom. Through gentle, intuitive somatic movement, we will shake off the physical tension and stored energy of the past year.
Chanting to the Return of the Sun: To honor the ancient magic of Yule, we will raise our collective vibration through sacred chanting, calling back the light and warming our inner fire.
The Immersive Sound Bath: A panoramic, elemental soundscape designed to wash away old karmic debris. You will be bathed in the deep vibrations of the gongs and Tibetan singing bowls, paired with the soothing, natural textures of ocean drums, rainsticks, and the rustic rhythm of the Panag shaker.
Ethereal Integration: As your journey deepens, the mesmerizing tones of swinging chimes and the elemental, watery-and-fiery magic of Aqua and Ignis Koshi chimes will sweep through the space, gently anchoring your intentions into your soul.
