Sacred Mantra Circle

An uplifting, heart-opening experience of music, singing and connection.

Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon of singing sacred mantra. This immersive experience invites you to sing in community, explore your voice, and soften into a space of calm presence and meditation.

Through the rhythm of breath and sound, singing becomes a powerful pathway to release tension and restore balance. As your breath flows more freely, energy begins to move, the nervous system settles, and a natural sense of ease and wellbeing emerges.

No experience necessary — just an open heart and mind.

Continue the Journey: Sound Ceremony

Following the mantra circle, you’re invited to stay on for a deeply restorative Sound Journey a lie-down experience where you can fully relax and be bathed in sound.

Beginning with mantra can help open the voice, release tension, and bring you into the body, making it easier to drop into the deeper stillness of the Sound Journey that follows.

You’re welcome to attend either event individually — or both together.
If you choose to join both, you’ll receive a $10 discount when booking the combined ticket option.

🎶 So what is Kirtan?

Kirtan is a form of Bhakti Yoga — a meditative practice of devotion and gratitude that opens the heart.

The word kirtan means “to recite, praise, or narrate.” This style of music is based on ancient chants, mantras, or sacred names, and is sung in a call-and-response format.

The word mantra comes from two Sanskrit roots: manas (mind) and tra (to liberate) — a tool to gently free the mind from constant thinking.

This is a community-based experience, where musicians and participants co-create the music together. The leader sings the mantra, and the group responds, creating a shared rhythm that becomes deeply meditative.

As we sing together, we often experience:

a sense of connection with others
a quieting of the mind
release of stored tension
a feeling of calm, openness and peace

You will leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and uplifted.
