Winter Solstice - Settling into the dark.

.....a  collaboration with Cape Jaffa Winery.

Come....bunker down and settle in to a Winter Solstice practice that will take place in the exquisite barrel hall at Ca[e Jaffa winery (literally in the depths of the earth). Warmed by the coals of the fire, & then finishing off with a hearty meal created & sourced onsite (mostly from the Cape Jaffa farm & garden itself), & of course a delicious glass of red (or white, or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice).

Gift yourself a couple of hours for movement, ritual, journaling, rest & nourishment. 

Winter is ‘seed’ time -it's the bunkering down.....the hibernation.

It may look like nothing is happening, but the seed is gathering its resources in preparation for Spring. We too, can honour this rhythm within.

Winter is an integral part of the cycle of life. 

Rest & pause are an integral part of the cycle of life.
