Event description

Come together to slow down, connect and sing.

Join Meagan Hunt and Rachael Comte for a nourishing and uplifting session on the Winter Solstice to celebrate the beginning of a new phase and welcoming more light into our day. We’ll begin grounding in meditation and a little somatic body work to bring us into the present. Then, we’ll spend time singing in harmony to connect in community and find the joy together. It will be a fun, relaxed and safe space to have a sing.
