Winter Solstice Sound Bath & Reiki Healing

The run up to Christmas can be fraught with stress, lists of jobs and shopping, so why not take some time for yourself?

Come and join us for meditation, Tibetan Sound Bowls and group Reiki healing. We will be focusing on the stillness of winter and the connection with the Water Element in Five Element Acupuncture. We will close the session with some winter warming drinks and seasonal bakes.

As the sun sets and the candles are lit, please bring your yoga mat, pillow and a blanket and get ready to embrace the stillness and peace of winter.
