6:45pm: Gather and settle.

7pm: Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids for around 60 minutes.
You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

8pm: Sound Bath concludes with a short meditation.

Free time to return home or stay for a replenishing cup of herbal tea with us.

8:30pm: Evening concludes.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Cushions or Pillow for your head

* Blanket to keep you cosy. The room will be warm

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm to put on. Socks for the cooler weather

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home.

>>Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore itself as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” instruments can settle, harmonise, heal and restore your mind and body, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself to relax and reset.

Similar in state to deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, sound healing and bathing can reduce physical tension, pain and stress, increase emotional wellbeing and resilience, improve sleep, creativity and clear thinking, and bring in new ideas and aligned energy.

Sound Baths with me are gentle, intuitively guided, bathed in Light and harmonised from the Heart, unique to who is present and the time.

With a background in craniosacral osteopathy, mind-body medicine, science of the heart and energy flows, I love co-creating harmonising, beautiful experiences that allow the mind and body to relax and unwind, reconnecting with heart in optimal states of restoration and renewal.

I play the bowls intuitively and the experience may be different every time.

The way the bowls are played is such that they resonate at a frequency which matches to what and who is around them, meaning the sounds can harmonise the energy that is present and the energy you would like to receive.
