    This Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, we warmly invite you to a sound bath surrounded by the night paintings of Julia Roche in the exhibition, When Our Eyes Adjust.

    Visit the Gallery after dark and witness the work of Julia Roche, paintings made in the night and of the night. Justine Sydenham will lead you in meditation and sound bath; experience the benefits of sound healing from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, steel tongue drumming, gong vibrations, and medicine drumming.

    About Justine

    Justine is a Yoga and Meditation teacher, and the founder of Sangha Yoga Studio. She is passionate about using holistic and integrative somatic methods for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. Sound healing is one of these methods.

    We will provide

    Sound baths are best experienced laying down. We will provide comfortable mats, bolsters and weighted blankets. You are welcome to bring your own blankets, aids and equipment if you choose.

    Arriving and entering the space

    Due to the nature of this event, we ask all guests arrive by 5:45pm so we can begin promptly.  Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

    About Justine

    Justine is an Integrative Energy Healer, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist, Yoga and Meditation teacher, and the founder of Sangha Yoga Studio.

    She’s most passionate about using holistic and integrative somatic methods for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

    Sound healing is one of these methods she uses to bring us back into present moment awareness; guiding us home into the body and our innate essence of love.

    Equipment provided

    Sound baths are best experienced laying down. We will provide comfortable mats, bolsters and weighted blankets. You are welcome to bring your own blankets, aids and equipment if you choose.

    Arriving and entering the space
