Description
winter solstice sound bath
Tuesday, December 22nd | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $10 | Sign-up Required
This Winter Solstice Sound Bath is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect during this meaningful turning point of the year. We will reflect on the year behind us, what the darkness and stillness of the solstice have to teach us, and what we’d like to invite in as the days begin to grow brighter. We will then relax into a soothing sound bath to allow us to ground into our intentions as we welcome the returning light. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, journal and pen, and anything that will help you feel cozy and supported.
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported during this deeply restorative experience: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or any other cozy items you might need. Please bring a journal and pen.
Mary is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator-in-Training based in Heber City, Utah. Passionate about nervous system regulation, she uses sound as a powerful tool to help calm the mind, restore balance, and create space for deep relaxation and healing.
