Join us for a yin yoga and sound bath immersion on the longest night of the year. Winter solstice invites us to slow everything down, turn inwards and plant our intentions as seeds into the dark, fertile soil of winter. Winter Solstice is the turning point towards light and spring, when we can see our intentions blossom into life.

Let yourself unwind and decompress through nourishing yin yoga with long-held restful poses, targeting urinary bladder and kidney meridians. Yin yoga helps to release tension and stiffness by hydrating our deeper tissues, joints, ligaments, tendons and even bones. This in turn supports our joints to become stronger, steadier and more elastic.

During our yin practice, Tim Lassig from Source88 will bathe us in sounds and vibrations of crystal instruments and vocal tones, allowing the thinking mind to let go. The sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Crystal Pyramids and Koshi Chimes support our deeper relaxation for a truly immersive and expansive experience.

After our yin practice, we will enjoy a longer rest in savasana, carried by the blissful sounds and vocal tones.
