Winter Solstice Walking Workshop
Description
As we welcome the arrival of winter, join us for a calming, nature-based workshop to reconnect with nature and align with the rhythms of the season.
This 2-hour interactive ‘walk-shop’ begins with a guided walk through the CERES gardens, honouring the changing seasons and our own inner rhythms.
Centering on the themes of rest and reset as part of the upcoming Winter Solstice, you will join a guided meditation and facilitated reflection session. Together we will explore ways to acknowledge what now rests, by reconnecting with nature and creating meaningful seasonal rituals and intentions for ourselves.
In the session you will:
★ Learn about the seasonal shifts in flora, fauna, and food, and discover winter’s significance across cultures
★ Explore different traditional Winter Solstice practices and simple ways to live in relationship with the seasons
★ Enjoy grounding, sensory exercises to connect with the natural elements
★ Gather indoors for a guided meditation, reflection session, and a gratitude-based intention-setting ritual
★ Create a symbolic winter offering to take home
Spots are limited! Book now to secure your place.
