Winter Solstice Workshop - Welcoming the dark to find your light.

We invite sisters and brothers to gather on the darkest night of the year - YULE - Introspection, Transformation & Rebirth.

It's a sacred transition to reflect & embrace our path in order to transform our shadows into light.

We are called to connect with Nature, to nurture and ground our soul & human to turn inwards before the transformation.

It's a time to observe and welcome the hidden parts to shift our beliefs and find the expansion of self.

Since the eclipse energy, we are called to expand our light. But this can not be done if we don't acknowledge the wisdom that our darkest parts teach us.

The present moment is based on our past thoughts & beliefs. Our current thoughts determine our future actions.

Come and join us to open your own sacred space as we enter Winter.
Explore the shadows, break the beliefs and the old stories that hold you from expansion and allow yourself to illuminate your inner light.

This ceremony comes in two parts:

Part 1*: Nature Gathering ~ 4 to 5pm on the 18th of June.
- Meet at start of Mount Base Track, Pilot Bay (ideally barefoot).

. We take an intentional nature's walk, connect to all our 5 senses as we collect our own unique nature offering to add to the Wednesday Ceremony altar.

. We end by gathering together to welcome reflection through introspective questions under the setting sun.

We come rain or shine. We welcome Mother as she is.

* Optional but deeply recommended.

Part 2 : Winter Solstice Ceremony ~ 7 to 9.30pm on the 21st of June
- Meet at Fit Nation Gym, Yoga Room.

- Opening circle & Introduction to YULE - Winter Solstice.
- Limiting Beliefs Workshop
- Gentle Yoga Flow for all levels, inviting power through slowness
- A deeply restorative parasympathetic breathwork
- A grounded meditation

We also flow with hot tea, oracle card pulling, deep journalling, connection, essentials oils with Kiss the Earth NZ & sharing circles.

What to bring with you :
- your journal and pen
- cherished objects
- your own cup
- bottle of water
- a blanket
- all of your beautiful vulnerable parts

The ceremony will be host with safety, compassion and love by :
- Camilla Drema : I am a space holder & breathwork facilitator that is deeply passionate about healing & freeing oneself. I hold a grounded yet excited & passionate nurturing energy that allows all parts of you to be seen and heard.

- Aurelie Sarrazin : I am a Yoga teacher who loves connecting and sharing with the wisdom of the cyclical nature. I hold a kind and safe space to allow yourself to listen to your body & free your mind.

Everything we have lovingly included is a tool for you to use during this Winter period and beyond. It has been carefully curated with depth, intention, reflection & a slowness to embody the deep grounding intention we have.

We are SO feeling the yumminess, excitement and rich slowness already !
