You've been building something meaningful.

But when's the last time you built time for YOU into your business calendar?

Not "productivity hacks." Not "optimization strategies." Not another networking event where you're performing.

Actual wellness. Embodied rest. Creative refueling.

The kind of day where you leave feeling more like yourself than when you arrived.

WHAT ARE WELLNESS DAYS?

Seasonal gatherings (twice yearly) at Theia in Woy Woy where we slow down, reconnect, and remember that your business thrives when YOU do.

This isn't:

A workshop where you take notes
A retreat where you're scheduled every minute
Forced vulnerability circles
Performative self-care

This is:

Movement that feels good in your body
Space to breathe without agenda
Connection with humans who understand the journey
Permission to just BE without producing anything

Think: Gentle yoga. Guided meditation. Waterfront walks. Nourishing lunch. Real conversation. Creative play.

The kind of day that reminds you why you started this in the first place.

WHY WELLNESS DAYS MATTER

Because you can't pour from an empty cup.

Because your nervous system matters as much as your marketing strategy.

Because slow, sustainable growth is the ONLY real growth.

Because the industry glorifies hustle and celebrates burnout—and we're building something different.

Your business is personal. Your wellbeing is professional.

This is where we honour both.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if:

You're building a business and feeling the weight of doing it mostly alone

You value your wellbeing as much as your bottom line

You're tired of "productivity" culture and want to work more sustainably

You need permission to slow down without guilt

You're craving connection with people who understand

You want to fill your cup so you can keep doing meaningful work

FROM THE FOUNDER

I'm Lauren—brand designer, yoga teacher, and recovering hustler.

I've burned out twice building businesses. I've sacrificed my health for success. I've learned the hard way that sustainable growth is the only kind worth pursuing.

Wellness Days exists because I needed it.

A space where business owners can remember they're humans first. Where rest isn't a reward for productivity—it's part of the work. Where you can be around other entrepreneurs without having to perform or network or pitch.

Just space to breathe, move, connect, and refill.

Because your business needs you well.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need yoga experience?

Nope. All levels welcome. This isn't about perfect poses—it's about moving in ways that feel good for YOUR body.

What should I bring?

Yoga mat (or we can provide one), comfortable clothes you can move in, water bottle, journal if you like writing, open heart.

Is this only for women?

No—all genders welcome. This is for purpose-driven entrepreneurs who value wellness.

What if I'm not local?

Wellness Days are in-person only at Theia in Woy Woy. If you're willing to travel to the Central Coast, you're welcome!

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. Just make sure you each register separately so we can manage capacity.

What's the vibe?

Grounded, warm, spacious. Not corporate wellness theater. Real humans creating space for rest and connection.
