Winter Solstice Yin & Pins is a soul-soothing experience combining the gentle medicine of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic support of acupuncture. Together, these practices create space to slow down, soften, and reconnect during the stillness of the winter season.

Guided by Rhiannon Glewis and Dr. Nicci, this intimate gathering is designed to support grounding, restoration, and inner balance through mindful movement, breath, and carefully placed acupuncture points to encourage energetic flow and deep relaxation.

This is an invitation to honour the turning of the season — to pause, replenish, and welcome the quiet wisdom that winter brings.

What to expect:
• A nourishing Yin Yoga practice
• Acupuncture during long-held restorative poses
• Guided meditation and reflection
• Seasonal wisdom
• A warm, welcoming and deeply restorative environment
