The Winter Solstice is the perfect time for resting the body and mind. As we acknowledge the longest night of the year and celebrate the transition from darkness to light, we embrace our own innate nature to draw inwards, restore our equilibrium and become introspective.

Connect with your breath and your body through meditation and active stillness.
Working with the subtle energies of the water element and meridians of Winter (Kidneys & Bladder), in this special 2 hour Yin Yoga session we will explore how we can use the benefits of yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra to help us move through the coming months with good health and ease, nourishing our bodies into a bountiful Spring with a newfound sense of being.
All are welcome, from experienced to first-time yogis.
