Winter is a time of restful reflection and calm to ease and restore and make steady our spirit, mind, emotions and body.

Join Rainbow Yoga with Kaye and Yoga with Nicole to share a Winter Solstice Yoga practice, a collaborative workshop, where you can enjoy warming and soothing yoga practices before a gorgeous Winter Yoga Nidra by Kaye.
