Winter Sound Healing

With the cooler temperatures and winds from the west, it can be so easy to feel scattered, ungrounded and depelated. Let’s come together and nurture ourselves with some cosmic goodness through sound and vibration.We will use tuning forks on some of our main acupressure points to tone, strengthen and support our system for the winter season as well as comfortabley relax with the music from sound bowls, voice, gong and other instruments. 

Bring a mat to lay on , socks, eye pillow, blankie and cushion to keep cosy.
