We are offering a free Tai Chi & Qigong workshop to nourish people’s bodies, minds and spirits in our beautiful Frogs of the Blue Mountains Exhibition this winter!

Join us at 8 am with Virginia Field, an experienced trainer of Tai Chi/Qigong, who has more than 30 years experience.

Tai Chi and Qigong routines can increase mobility and strength, improve immunity and help build an inner calm. They are also considered to be one of the best ways to improve balance as you age. At this session you will learn both Tai-chi and the 5 Animals Qigong.

The monthly practice at the Planetary Health Centre is suitable for people with a little or lots of experience.

This activity is the first in a full day of Skill Share activities at the Centre which also includes Planetary Health Bushcare from 1.30pm.
