Winter Warmer - Unlock the Hips

Welcome to the Winter Warmer Series!

It's cold out and we need to shake our bum bums! For three weeks we'll be practicing our wining, jiggling and ticking. 

This is a perfect intro for first timers and a great practice sesh for seasoned pros. 

The goal is to connect with our bodies and let go of any awkwardness. Along the way, we'll piece together a short and sweet dance to remember all of our new skills. 

Class runs for an hour from 6:15pm each Wednesday at Tropical Soul Dance Studio.

The Venue is easily accessible via bus on Parramatta Rd or a 12 m walk from Stanmore Station. Or parking on side streets is also available. 

Feel free to take each class as a drop in if you can not make all three weeks. 

Please wear warm, comfy clothes that feel good to move in and bring water for drinks!
