Who is getting enough sleep? Why can’t we wake up feeling fresh and ready for the day ahead? This workshop uncovers the science of sleep and its impact on our conscious and subconscious mind, the power of the natural ‘body rhythm’ and how sleep allows for the healing of heart, mind, body and spirit. 

Participants will leave with new insights and steps to improve their sleep hygiene, and a personal Sleep Diary to assist them in making change.  Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education will facilitate this workshop and help to uncover new insights and strategies to improve your sleep and wellbeing.
