Are you seeking some self care & warming from within to get you through winter?

Join us for a nourishing night focused around finding your inner light. Our 2 hour workshop will include breathwork, gentle movement, yin yoga, sound healing & connection over some snacks & herbal tea.

Event is held at the yoga studio within Input Fitness & Wellness Centre. Lots of on-site parking available.

Please bring a cushion, blanket & comfortable clothes. Mats & blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Chloe has been practising yoga for 21 years and has been a yoga teacher for 12 years. Additionally, she works as a support worker and a Reiki healer. Chloe‘s mission is to spread love and light, sharing her passion with the community by helping people slow down, relax and find peace through yoga, movements, breathwork and a touch of Reiki magic.

Emma is a social worker, trauma informed yoga teacher & holistic healer who is passionate about using holistic healing modalities such as yoga and sound healing to help others find empowerment & a little more peace within themselves.
