Wayapa Wuurk, meaning 'Earth Connection', is an Indigenous based movement/mindfulness practice that connects you to the Earth and all of Creation... with 13 elements, each one having a specific movement and guided wisdom, when brought together bring connection to self, the earth, and so a beautiful calm that transcends any chaos you might be feeling.

This specific and bespoke Winter Wayapa Workshop, presents ancient & powerful healing modalities for you, so that you arrive into a place of calm, flow and balance as you head into the season of 'hibernation' and your 'inner self'.

The 13 Wayapa Elements join with the emotions of the Water Element (of TCM) to help us lean into our Winter mind-body-spirit-earth health and vitality.

What to expect over zoom in this workshop?*

A 1.5 hour workshop including:

a little theory, but not too much..
mindfulness and a guided meditation
movement through the Wayapa Practice
Time for reflection or sharing.

You will leave with:

A foundational understanding of the Wayapa Wuurk Practice,
A foundational understanding of the Water element and how this effects your flow and balance,
A foundational understanding of the wisdom that the earth, animals and skies hold.
A foundational understanding of your connection to all of creation.
The ability to use this beautiful practice every day if you like, to stay connected throughout your Winter hibernation!
