Join Sarah for 75 minutes of mindful movement, deep relaxation, and nourishment for both body and mind.

With a focus on nervous system regulation and embodied practice, each session offers:

• Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques)

• Gentle movement followed by a restorative yoga practice

• Guided meditation, including practices such as Yoga Nidra

• A safe, supportive, and inclusive space to reconnect with yourself and build community with others

Suitable for all ages (16+), abilities, and levels of experience. Attend a single session or book the full series and enjoy a discounted rate.

Sessions are held on Thursdays at 6:45 pm on the following dates:

• 30 July
• 6, 13, 20 & 27 August
• 3, 10, 17 Sept

A note on props: Bolsters, pillows, eye pillows, and blocks are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and any additional props that support your practice.

Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are essential, and places are limited to six participants per session.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, with prior notification.

• Please arrive 5 -10 minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle into the space. The doors will open from 6.35pm.

• Participation is at your own discretion. By attending, you acknowledge responsibility for working within your own limits and informing the facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect your practice.

• In the event that a session is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered a full refund or option to transfer to another session.
