Event description

Winter - it seems to go on forever, and whilst it can be a low time, it is also a great time for looking after one's health in a low slow way. It is the season for hibernation and yet not inactivity.

It is a wonderful season for reset and preparing for renewal as spring approaches!

As passionate integrated mind and body health practitioners/coaches, we are here to support you to balance and release what is no longer serving you. This is your space to carve out some self care and renew your energy.

This event will be a mixture of physical activities in the form of slow yin yoga, some beautiful stress and tension release and mindfulness practices including meditations and sound healing.

All coaches/practitioners have extensive experience in the area of mind body health.

A perfect excuse to leave the family at home and create some space for yourself during the final months of winter.

This live event has been carefully curated to allow you to give back to you, to bring some ease to your restlessness and calm the mind and body. Enough to allow you to press the reset button and get through the next few months without it feeling so overwhelming.

What you can expect to experience is:

  • A sense of ease and calm.

  • A release of the overthinking and fear based thinking.

  • An opportunity to learn how to take care of your health in busy times.

  • More insights into how powerful you are at shifting your reality.

  • A safe space to let go and relax.

  • Connect with likeminded souls and build optimism for the future.

There are limited spaces for this event so we encourage you to get your tickets early.

What to bring?

  • A pen and something to write in as you may wish to take notes

  • A Water bottle

  • A pillow/cushion

  • Yoga Mat

  • Comfortable clothing you can relax in.

We will provide some tea and snacks at the end of the event for you to stay around and mingle.

Allow 3 hours in total if you wish to stay around afterwards.

We look forward to seeing you and supporting you on this journey to a more peaceful and calm season.
