Winter Wellness Session: Presented by Ambulance Victoria.
This will be a combined session and provide practical tips about to stay well this winter as well as the Stroke Awareness Act F.A.S.T presentation.
Act F.A.S.T Saves Lives :
This presentation addresses stroke, signs and symptoms and what to do in an emergency. It addresses risk factors and practical ways that participants can improve their health.
