Come nourish your body & mind with our carefully curated Winter Wellness event.

Starting with a Reformer Pilates session at the beautiful boutique Reform Fitness studio in Silverdale. Reform is a Dynamic Reformer based studio blending together traditional pilates methods with resistance based training using the reformer machine. Our high energy sessions are designed to target key muscle groups (some you might not even know you had) and you will leave this class with endorphins flowing through your body!

A wonderful way to start your Sunday. You will be instructed by the brilliant Cassidy in a rejuvenating 45 minute reformer pilates class. Beginners are welcome to join this class, as well as the experts!

At the end of your relaxing warm down, we ask that you jump in your car for a short 10 minute drive to Studio Rūma in Ōrewa.

Grab a cuppa Joe from our lovely neighbours at Drifter Coffee if you want some caffeination, then meet inside Rūma for a conversation with Steph Kingdom, the founder of Holistically You.

Steph is passionate about providing high-quality, all-natural products that you can trust. Beyond her supplement line, Steph is dedicated to helping women achieve their health goals, with a keen focus on immune support, balancing hormones, boosting energy, and thriving in motherhood. With certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Oh Baby School of Holistic Health, Steph is a powerhouse of knowledge and expertise. We are so excited for her to impart her wisdom on Winter Wellness with you all.

Then it's time for for some creative therapy, each attendee will be guided by Jasmin to create a unique beaded necklace. Jasmin is the owner of Studio Rūma and a graphic designer by trade. She hosts many workshops including this one, which is a favourite at the moment. Allowing yourself time to be creative is proven to increase happiness, and this space has been constructed purposefully for this. You will design your necklace on a intricate beading board then enjoy the fun of creating a piece you will be able to wear home. (Included in the ticket is 10 specialty beads such as freshwater pearls and other semi precious stones.)

We will sip on tea & snack on divine platters by fellow Reform instructor Carrie aka @eatsbycarrie.

This event is designed to connect & create. A way to align good habits leading into the winter months, perhaps set goals, try something new or meet new friends. We are genuinely so excited for this collaboration & hope you will join us for some Winter Wellness.
