Event description
Winter Wellness begins with a gentle sound healing to bring you back into your body using crystal singing bowls.
We then deepen this with breath work, moving you into a deeper connection with your body.
From here we rise up into our body with yoga, exploring the internal and external world.
Coming back down to the earth we finish the session with a grounding meditation.
