Join Sadie and Dinah by immersing yourself in an afternoon of relaxation and unfolding your knowledge about being a woman in a busy world.

Step away from the noise of daily life and into an afternoon designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. This inaugural event is created especially for women in the Riverland who are ready to rest and take a moment away from the busyness of daily life.

We have created an experience that begins with a wellness session led by Sadie exploring the power of self-care, restoring balance, and navigating life from overwhelm to ease. You’ll then be treated to a rejuvenating spa-style session with Dinah, including a soothing facial and foot bath, followed by a seated relaxation to help you unwind and feel at peace.

You are invited to wear comfortable clothing, bring an extra towel, and a refillable water bottle to stay refreshed. A journal, or notebook, is also a great way to capture reflections and insights from your personal experience.

Herbal teas and healthy snacks will be provided.
